Very good place. 2 minutes from Ganga river and one of the temples, close to the Assi Ghat, where ceremonies are held every day. Very responsive staff. I arrived earlier than the check-in time and I didn’t have cash with me, I wanted to leave my suitcase and go look for an ATM, but they gave me a room and said that I can take a shower and rest after the road, and pay later. In the morning they brought breakfast to my room according to my preference. I also used the services of a transfer and a guide. Very good prices and everything was on time. I was completely satisfied!

Booked room thought Agoda app, booking confirmation came, email from hotel received requesting assistance for pick up and drop from airport or railways station.
When reached hotel for check-in, they refused to give room, telling they don't know about Agoda app, he don't know how they are confirning his hotel room,.
He is telling no rooms available, only one room is there are he was charging 4 times the price.
He told he is the owner of hotel what he is telling only will work there.
Interesting he got another reservation from another app. He immediately called the customer and was shouting at him by telling who asked you to book room, there is no room here, rudely speaking to the customer.
What a nonsense hotel.
