Worst hotel. Manager is so rude. There are many other better option available in this street. Managers behaviour is like you all are baggers. not any kind of respect to customer. not ideal for family. They asked the number of days to stay and took the money beforehand. As if we were beggars and would go without paying money

Not so much clean place... Taken non-AC room.. Dirty beddings and pillows... Only thing good about the arrangement at the guest house was manager gave good suggestions about the nearby places to visit...

Worst ever hotel I have been to till date! They turn off AC own their own and then we also can't use intercom as it doesn't work, so you have to yell from 3rd floor for turning the AC on. In entire Banaras the check-out time is 11_12 but the hotel owner and his employees are not at all professionals don't know how to treat their guests very non-cooperative staff. If you don't have cash they don't care you have to give them cash only anyhow. Will never recommend any traveller this hotel. You should not stay in this hotel which is too expensive for simple rooms. Pathetic experience, so disappointed ????
