Once this property was among top hospitality venues in Varanasi but now it's only a shadow of its former self. The food quality and taste has reduced. They don't even have chilled water in summers for their guests. Halls are small compared to contemporary and even new competitors. All this makes their package a very poor value for money. Very disappointing.

Great service, great rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. Service is outstanding, food is excellent. Loved my stay at the Diamond hotel. Book this hotel for your stay and thank me later. ???? Prem Yadav is an excellent service person. 5 stars for everything.

I stayed for few hours and in those few hours experienced a lot that never expect any thing or ask anything with them (stay happy what's there and do not complain coz it doesn't matter).\n\n1. Washroom faucet bar was broken and no tissues are there and after informing this no one came to solve or even bother to change the room.\n\n2. They've given a water bottel we immediately told them that we don't need it, the guy told ok I'll let you know what we can do.. then he or not even a call from reception desk comes back.\n\nConclusion they work on motto stay humble and be grateful what you have do not complain ????

1st. All need hot water for bath in.. But here The water was too hot and continuously coming very hot during bath.. like anyone can burnt by water. I hardly got 1 bucket and keep it for 10 minutes for get normalise after only i am able to get bath.\n2nd. During dinner time After waiting 30 minute and approaching waiter and manager 1 by one for taking my order.. But due to some function nobody have time to respond.\n3rd. Same night ordered food from my room but first time waiter took order and after waiting more than 30 minutes I ask again to sent food.. But some other person was other side and replies that please give order again. Finally food came to me at 11 pm and all dish was sweet so I refused to eat and the food charge was taken in advance around 600 rs.. Very worst experience!! No central lights control, No humble ness in staff.. very much disappointed ???????? during stay.

Dingy.. poor hygiene ..Unfriendly staff.. exorbitantly high rates for poor quality food)) fleeces you at every opportunity specially the in room dining manager( doesn’t have any etiquette to talk) )\nA MUST NOT GO PLACE !!

the hotel has proximity to ghats. rooms are neat and clean. room service is quick and the manager and desk staff is too polite. Provision of some indoor sports like table tennis and pool would make it more attractive

The place was very nice and classy but the service was honest to god terrible. I don't want to blame them too much because I think there was some ring ceremony happening at the venue so most likely the more trained staff were sent there. I had to wait 25minutes just to get my table cleaned and had too wait another 20 minutes for water ( after asking the waiter 5 times ) I came into the hotel at 9:20 and left at 11:10, that's how poor the service was. The food was actually good . Panner butter masala was meh but karhai paneer was very good.\n\nTLDR \u003d location is good, food ok and service is terrible ( this may only be the case for today as there was an event but that still shows carelessness).
