Location of hotel is nice, malls shoping area nearby. Cleanliness was good but can be improved further. Our breakfast was complementary, we expected a buffet breakfast, but got the ordered ones quite late.\nDo not book breakfast option.\nStay is good

The toiletry facility is very bad available in the room . The foods of the restaurant was unhygienic and also not cooked well. Ones one when I was their they provided the expired food with unhygienic smell. The only positive point is the behavior of the staff of the hotel. The hotel is good to go but kindly Improve your food facility and toiletry.\nThank you.

I checked in around 10:30 PM. check-in procedure was very smooth and efficient. They helped to transfer my luggage in room. I had booked for double bed room , but they offered me 3 bed room at no additional cost. Cleanliness of bed sheet and cover was not good. Also there was lot of damp on adjoining wall of bathroom. Quality of food was good. My overall stay was ok, but condition of room to be improved.

It was an average stay. Room occupancy wasn't great.\nBut overall experience was good. Also one more suggestion, please try that your receptionist could be more polite and friendly to the guests.\nHassle free check-in. No questions asked.

I booked it for two day's, the one good things is that it's near to the temple and Dashasmedhghat and city centre. But i got first disappointment here no parking second the room cleaning. In pics you can see that. Ah! The worst part i felt here the crowd look like they visit here regularly for drinks and some fun. I was here with my family and would like to suggest to please avoid with family visit. Yes food quality and staff both are decent and well. You can manage with it. This review i am writing only because i took help on Google reviews and after that i booked this hotel and i felt reviews were not very helpful to me on Google maps and other hotel booking web.
