We stayed here for 2 days and following are the points that may help someone.
1. Price : Surely you will not get similar room at this price.
2. Location : Near Gdowolia chownk. So Baba Viswanath's temple and Ghat are at walking distance.
3. Hospitality: Shyam Babu and staff are really soft spoken and helpful.
The only hotel we found who used Electricity Generator for almost 24 hours when there was an electricity crisis.

The staff of the hotel were very helpful. The location of this hotel is outstanding. Just at the center and heart of Varanasi. Specially Dakshin mukhi Hanuman mandir at the gate makes this hotel so auspicious and pious. I really loved the stay and wish to continue the relationship for all future visits to come.

It was a wonderful experience staying there everything was very close to kashi vishwanath temple just 200 metres kal bhairav mandir was only 2km and sankat mochan mandir only 3km all the ghats were also very close staff was also very helpful and telling best restaurants to eat although they have their own bhojanalay but I don't recommend it to you .
