Worst experience till date, food was just average but the behaviour of the owner was very rude and pathetic ...
I found something wrong with the food and inform the service boy that the food he served is not convincing there is some issue with the curry(some pungent smell), so he took the thali and came back after 5 mins with another curry as a substitute... Along with him owner also came and started arguing with me, he said food is fresh don't complain, everybody is eating you have to eat this only and from next time i won't change in any case... Be careful from next time... I was shocked i didn't spoke even a single word.. I was speechless, how can someone being a owner of a business is so Rude... I didn't spell a single word i came out to the cash counter and paid the whole amount of deluxe thali i.e 150 rs...
Also According to him i ate a lot and then returned his thali but the fact is i ate 2-3 bites from dal not from curry after trying Curry i complained him and returned back the thali...

Conclusion: I paid whole amount without having a food and he didn't even refuse, guys please be aware and cautious and enter his dhaba at your own risk.

P.S Mr Owner, if you want to set a sustainable business model for you or your upcoming generations please learn how to talk to your customers, learn how to behave....and that is also in public. I'm disheartened from today's experience. Generosity and humbleness may may not benefit you instantly but in a longer run they will...good luck!

Food at royal punjabi is good in quality and delicious at the same time. They take care all the required precautions against covid-19. Much appreciated. Thanks????

It was Average Restaurant , Ok Ok food & Thali's, Seating Arrangements in Basement , Having very less space there, Biggest problem in the seating Area is that you find so much mosquitoes, Flies Etc, Not hygienic place.
