The item it is known for - Chhole Bhature - were really great. Enjoyed every bite of it.
But had also ordered Rajma rice. The rajma was definitely not properly cooked and we had to leave that to avoid indigestion.

And when we gave the feedback and even showed it to the person there, they just said sorry and added the whole amount to the bill.
No compensation, no replacement... Nothing. That was slightly against hospitality.

The owner is as rude as someone can be, would switch off the AC while guests are seated in the dining area. Cholle bhatura is okay and apart from that all other dishes are pretty much tasteless. They are doing a great job in ruining the name of nagpal's chole bhature..

Been to this newly opened outlet of Nagpal's. Not only I wanted to try their Chole Bhature but this time, their other menu items as well. Ambiance was nice & pretty. I haven't imagined Nagpal's with such interiors. Loved it.

Started on with a glass of Sweet Lassi. It was served in a Plastic seal packed packaging. Lassi was good but I wish they use less plastic for their Dining customers atleast.

Later on, had their Bhalla Papdi Chaat. They were good but dahi could've been thicker as it's consistency was very flowy. So, that can be done better. I also had their Chur Chur Naan Thali which came along with a Paneer ki Subzi, Dal makhani, Rice & Chur Chur Naan along with Boondi ka Raita. Thali was quite good. Just loved it.

Later on, had their Chole Bhature & loved them as well. Overall my experience was good as the staff there was nice & friendly. Though there were few scopes of improvement in food but that can be corrected in near future. Hoping for best & will recommend their Chole Bhature for sure.
