I must say that the facilities are entirely up to par. The rooms are spacious but not clean. The hotel provided complementary breakfast is no good, but the staff in the restaurant is helpfull and nice. However, the staff in reception is quite unfriendly and unwilling to help. The walls between the rooms are paper thin, meaning that you hear everything going on in all the places on your floor. This becomes a tremendous problem since there is loud parties in the rooms until 3-4 AM in the night. The hotel staff is unwilling to assist in keeping the noise down so you as a guest have to deal with the situation yourself regardless of how many times you talk to the reseption. They surely does promise to fix the issues at once, however, they don't do anything about it however many times you call to complain. The manager refuses to pick up the phone if you call him to escalate the situation, and are quite rude and unapologetic once you first get a hold of him in the hotel. The straight up lies to the guest is enough to warrant a early check out and the constant smell of marijuana in the hall did not help so I had to check out fast! Can't recommend to anyone.

My office provided me to stay in this hotel for 14days.My experience with this hotel has been fairly good.It is best suited for a work visit in this city.
Rooms: Rooms are very well maintained and cleaning is adequate .
Lifts:Lifts are too slow, alot of waiting time.
Food:The hotel has a restaurant 'The Curry Hut' inside and the food is really amazing .They have a buffet for breakfast which is really delicious.
Ambience & staff: The staff is really supportive and well behaved.Ambeince is quite peaceful to work and relax.

Rooms are fine but the service is poor. Dinner was served late and was of quite bad quality. The service felt like the hotel staff was trying to take as much money from the customers as possible, like charging money for even basic stuff. The room service was very poor. Exceptionally poor. All in all I won't want to visit this place again. Giving it three stars because the rooms were clean and everything inside was functional. Air conditioning was wonderful and beds were clean and soft. The room is really spacious for even three people.
