Best location in Sector 62 noida with all multistorey apartments facilities available cctv camera lift R-O water backup security guards maintenance staff etc

Peaceful society with no rush.
RO water provided by society along with power back up.
Lot of space and parking.
Small park and Temple within the premises.
2 Johnson lifts in each tower of 8 floors with 6flats on a floor.
Segregated Waste chutes for dry and wet waste disposal.
Building feels old and so do the amenities but not shabby at all.
Decent place to live.

Nice apartments with 3 towers, less populated and density is also low. There are 8 floors in each tower and 6 flats per floor. Nice view in front of Haldiram and other corporate offices.
