They don’t deserve a single star .Worst experiance ever had , they give such a poor service to their customers, never buy anything from them .they make us fool .I had bought RO from them . Substandard product never worked properly. After registering complaints they dont attend costumers.lousy employees. #Waste of money #poor product.

I buy 325lit friged on 6nov after 5 days we suffer with sound issue in comparison they sent engenior 5 time my new fridge is open at home but problem not solved at hade of Shop reply we work of it .on 29th December he said come on 31 last we do something when we go on Shop his worker reply he is not there he out of town to celebrate New year.

Don't buy anything from this shop they give useless items.

I have recently purchased AC from there. If you want to be robbed please pay your visit there. I bought an AC worth 40000/- , they befooled by talking sweet.They will stab u from back. I saw similar AC at much lower cost at Reliance Digital , MDA. Before purchasing your AC from Shiv Shakti , kindly cross check your rates from Reliance Digital
