The complex is perfectly located in the central location, however the complex is dated and not a place highlighting something special in it except the prime location.

This complex was developed by moradabad development authority few years back a mix up of all kind of shops n offices. Such as corporation bank, royal furniture a godrej dealer, an l g electronic show room, a car accessories shop named car magic owned by mr devendra having a good collection on reasonable rates.,an optical shop, pathology lab named ranbaxy.
In front of ekta complex on company bagh side a hub of street food such as amritsari nan ,rajma chawal,chole chawal,kulche chole diffrent vendors with different items .ravi nan n gupta ji on wheels are few to name with good reputation. parking is always a problem.
