I really enjoyed my stay. The staff members were quite helpful and also I liked the nature of the gate keeper, he was such a nice guy. The rooms were very comfy and amazing.

Was there with family for 2 days and the overall experience was very good. The rooms are spacious, hot water facility available, elevator available, overall clean but the best part was the food they serve. Delicious and quality food which no doubt was expensive but worth the money spent. Their restaurant staff is very courteous. Location is excellent, very near to krishna janmabhoomi. Getting rooms can be a little time consuming and I had to wait for an hour in the lobby before the room was provided.

Rooms are not value for money. Little maintenance and it can be made value for money. Location is just outside Janmabhoomi Gate 3, so thats best part. Service is also fine but I feel waiters of the hotel expect more than they deliver.
In the restaurant, food is best out of all places in whole of Mathura and service in the restaurant of the hotel is also amazing. Taste of food mainly depends on by what attitude it is cooked and served. Amazing service in the restaurant. One should surely try the food here.
