Great service, Best Location. Decent Rooms.
They have their own restaurant named Dosa Plaza with amazing food. Do try their food if you are in Mathura.
Only suggestion Please work on your housekeeping team.

I had booked 7 rooms for a group of 18 people which mainly consisted of senior citizens. When I reached the property, the lift was not working and all my senior citizens had to climb the stairs to the 2nd floor. (However they repaired the lift in some time and it worked thereafter). I was extremely disappointed by the lack of geysers and non availability of hot water in the washrooms. Even after repeated requests, we could not get hot water in ANY of the 7 rooms during our entire stay. When I complained about this, the hotel manager told me that atleast the AC was working, which is the most lame thing I have ever heard. The manager was not ready to listen to any of our complains (like broken kettles in the rooms, buckets in washroom had holes, washroom door not closing in one of the rooms, etc) and he seemed least bothered. The good thing about the hotel is that the restaurant was quite good and served delicious food.

1).The room price should include buffet breakfast.
2). They should install sound proof window glasses because you can't sleep after 5-6 am due to traffic noice.
3). They should add an extra foam layer on mattresses, you can feel the springs.
4). Water pressure is very low in shower.
