Most thug housing corporation. I would suggest you that rather delay your plan by year but never take money from these scums . Here is there policy. They will charge you 2.5 % construction fees plus gst.

Second when they file the application from that day they will start considering the emi and call it pre emi. You will get the actual check after 15 days but you will pay the preemi for the 15 days.

If you are planning to take purchase and construction loan then they will take the full emi until they disburse the whole amount and they will not cut the single pie from the loan amount. They will say it is preemi and nothing else.

They will lend the money on higher rate of intrest 11.5 ,12.00 .

Finally delay you house construction plan but never go to these looters
