Worst place to be in. It was once supposed to be a mall but it is run down because of no maintenance. The escalators are permanently shut down, the lifts get stuck sometimes. But the worst are the toilets.
Bidets and taps have been pulled off, there is no water and it always stinks. There is no cleanup and no repairs even though hefty maintenance fee is taken from the business within the building.
This building is literal trash

It is an average place to visit. It is like a small mall which has limited shops and brands.
Although, it is constructed well and building is beautiful, however, not many people visit this place.
It is not crowd puller. Majority of people is for cinema hall, where they watch movies.
Apart from this, there is no major attractive feature.
People from nearby locality often visit it.
