Disappointed ☹️
Upstdc had raised the tariffs but providing no service at all at Hotel Gomti
First given 505 room AC was not working
Then changed to 506 where I am staying now
The bathroom lock was broken,drain is blocked n cherry on the top
After 13 hours of city tour I returned at around 10:15pm ...went to the toilet and the broken lock got stuck leaving me locked in the toilet for around 30mins.
Yesterday only I complained about it to the person in reception. The boy who came for help from was drunk . I am rescued just 10 minago by my family member . None of their staff is cooperative . Going to put up an official complaint soon.

Good place, nice staff. Located near main road and easily approachable.

Auditorium is dirty, seats are damaged and we're responsible for the same because we damage the seats while sitting and also litter garbage, chips packages. Housekeeping department should take care that hall stays neat n clean. Foul smell coming from hall. Washrooms were also very dirty. This really gives a desi sarkari type cleaning. Building is well built but maintenance is with with wrong vendor or maybe some hidden settings between baabus and vendor.
