They lost my ultrasound reports .....within a day .. it was an emergency and doctor wanted to start medicine seeing those reports ....they made us wait for 2 hours for reports and then said it got lost .... can't imagine how can they be so irresponsible being in this profession....the reception ppl keep talking within themselves without paying attention to customers and keep them waiting in queues....
