I went to apple store(name as Solution's)in wave mall after seeing their presence on Social media. i went there with my sister to purchase I PAD 7th genration .the way they treated us really very badly.first one seller he mis communicate with us .like first he said if u pay with HDFC we will give 3000 cash back .i specifically said if this is true then only swipe with my card but he said its confirmed later on after swiping on bill it says there will be only 1500 cashback.then i asked what is this then he only said sorry and he said there were some confusion and all .anyhow i just thought fine let it be as it was very needfull for my brother who is doing online classes daily i just said ok pack it .there was one more customer so called Doctor in Profession ( so called High Fi family loaded with money ) they where also purchasing something /....and both the sales man are only giving attention to them as if we were taking in free of cost or what .and when i saw this and as we alredy spent 45 min to purchase the order i asked for Bill that we are getting late ..the One sales Man started yelling at me and started talking to me rudly that and start comparing us with that Doctor family .it was really worst experience ....i dont know who all are reading this but ya i truely say they dont have good behaviour ..i persnally experienced worst .i never recommend anyone to go that worst shop ever ..its better to purchase from any other store then this.
