Collection here is really good. But my feedback is they don't give finished dresses. The packaging & final presentation is not good. I have given the same feedback to the store but still they are very casual with my feedback.
If i purchase a designer dress from designer store i expect final representation to be really good. I purchased 6-7 dresses, dresses have sweat smell in all, they just steam press the dress and hand it over to customer, bad smell is still there. They don't even have transparent bags to keep the dresses. They just dump dress in the niru's bag and give it to the customer.
Because of the same reason i will avoid going to the store again or make sure that the final dress is polished & handed to me properly.
3 stars is only for the collection here but service is bad.
