The best ever ice creams i tasted here though not complaining about other brands but undoubtedly the experience at naturelo was far away from the regular brands of ice creams. Guys never miss a chance to visit this counter of naturelo ice creams if you go to lulu mall.

Absolutely unprofessional staff deluding the brand value. Rajendra and his colleagues are Verbally aggressive and rude, don’t even know how to make basic fruit juice for which i am paying ₹146 who’s actual worth is not more than 50 bucks.Yes, they have a “juice bar” counter full of bummers!

Highly recommend trying all the flavours of ice creams available. It's located right next to food court seating area so plenty of space to sit and enjoy your scoop. We tried 4 flavours, in cup and cone both. Jamun and guava were the favourite ones. Tender coconut and sitaphal is equally good. Hoping that they start delivering all over.lucknow soon.
