Pathetic service. They r cheater & liar. Never use the services rather should book any other cab. First they will quote for a decent car but one hour before start if journey they will change the cab to the older one with faulty shockers, horns not working and also their meter will show the higher reading. Even they claim google map showing 75 km shorter distance. They have simply thought of customers, a big fool. Dont u think that u r loosing ur customers this way. Also on complaining they will say that we will refund ur excess amount but even after passing month they r repeating the same reply. Will never ever use the service & wont recommend it to anyone. If i had option i rate them below one star.

I booked Cab from Lucknow to Shahjahanpur. The meter showed Total 475kms trip. It was unbelievable for me.
Cab's metre was defective, it showed 70kms extra from google map's distance. They Charged extra amount with me. At the time of arrival, they changed the Car & sent me Etios 2012 model. After multiple calls to Cust Cr, they agreed that they will refund the extra charged money but they didn't do that even after 1 month passed.

Never use Cabio Cab Services, They provide worst services to Customer.

My friend has booked Car from Cabio. They cheated to my friend. At the time of arrival, they changed the Car and provided 12 yrs old Etios. Car's Meter showed 70kms extra reading(Meter was defective).
After complaining, Company's Cx Cr commited my friend that they will monitor the complete issue. But they didn't resolve the issue even after 1 month. My friend called them multiple times to refund the extra charged amount, they agreed for refund. But they didn't refund any of the amount.

Never trust these Travel Companies, Book Cab only from good travel companies.
