The gym is located at a prime location with ample parking space. The equipment at the place is all exemplary quality and very well maintained. The staff and trainer are encouraging and helpful. Additionally the ambience is very unique and hospitable. The place is surrounded by gardens and greenery which adds to your work out experience.

I don't generally write Google reviews but this time I have to. I have been to multiple gyms across Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon and Bangalore but so far this is the best gym that i have been to. Ultra smooth instruments, good crowd, clean gym, helpers, adequate parking, separate changing room, shower and steam room, lockers. Almost all the machines and equipment are imported from USA. Good trainers and support staff. The fee is also pretty decent Every penny spent here is worth it. Recommended for sure. ????????

This gym is my happy place of the day... Filled with positivity and greenery all around... Machines are too good... Trainers are truly professional and qualified... Helps to transform urself for better... Too good...
