Worst place to stay no service from any body , fraud people asking 50rs for extra bed cover to change , rickshaw people all are together cheating people coming early morning 6am to ask for money ..soo rude behavior from desk guy WORST my of agra tour coming here waste place ...money minded cheap pigs ...NEVER GO THIS PLACE

This hotel is not at all value for money.1) The rooms are in such a pathetic state and needs serious maintenance.2) There was only 1 light that could be switched on in the room and the rest of the lights were not working, making the room almost dark.3) There is no running hot water. You have to ask the staff to bring you the hot water buckets4) There is no wiki available as written in their hotel description.5) They only provide 1 towel per room vs 1 towel per member in the room. The towel is also of bad quality.6) No extra mattress was provided and also as they had verbally confirmed.7) The bathrooms and the fixtures are in a terrible condition. The bathrooms wall and floor tiles seemed like not cleaned for a long time and had stains all over8) The TV was not working and when asked, the staff said they haven't recharged9) The hotel doesn't have a kitchen 10) The AC in the rooms doesn't functionHowever I would only give it 1 start for the courtesy of their staff. Not a good hotel for family.
