It was the only bus service that connects Jaipur to Churu in the early hours of the morning as shown in the apo. I had booked the ticket through Railyatri app. They had displayed two bus services in the app. AC bus service at 3:45AM and Non-AC bus service at 4:45AM.
I paid 430 rupees for the AC bus. I got a m-ticket that the bus starts at 3:45AM from Rajshree travels boarding point. After few hours, I got a sms that the bus starts at 4:45AM from Sindhi camp in Jaipur.
I tried to contact the customer care of Railyatri and the travel agent but no response.
I visited the office and came to know that they only have Non-AC bus to Churu. They have put wrong information on the app. I cancelled the ticket on the previous day and did not give me a full refund either.

buses are not on time and buses are not cleaned, even Its AC buses are very dirty.
Buses have to many stpos to take and drop local passengers.
Even in long distance journey AC buses run like local buses.
