Cheap service no power swich, no light, driver and conductor use cheap and ugly language, AC bus with non AC named volvo , no time punctual west of money and time

On Boarding Location(Agra UP) there is no washroom and even water purifier and second thing In ticket mention boarding location is not main boarding location and I took auto give extra amount for it. then I came on another boarding location here hans travel stuff(Shree nath travel) want extra amount for 1 bag 50 rs but I gave 40 rs .... I Can manage all condtion but some people dont have amount then how to manage so please red bus or hans travel(Shree nath travel) take it positive and solve above things....
Rest all things good like bus was very net and clean.

The worst travels agency experience i have ever had till now. The bus was 2 hours late. The bus operator did not even inform. He picked the call after 10 calls and said ki bus 1 - 1'30 ghante late hai. I connected customer care numbers given but nobody answered, nobody knew when the bus will leave. The operator talked very rudely and did not say when will the bus leave to delhi from agra. After 2 hours someone picked the call from the agency and said come in 10 minutes the bus will leave. I got there asap. The bus number which i was given by a sms was not there, some other bus was there. The driver of the bus said this is the only bus leaving for Delhi. I had to get in. Inside of the bus feels like a red alert area. I was very scared. And the driver drove really slow. The timing was to reach in 3 hr 30 min, i reached in 5 hr 30 min. The staff was very rude, really very rude. I will never book bus from this travels again. Worst agency.
