The tour guide takes you here to learn about marble inlay and to shop. Their prices are quite high but their quality is good. Unsure about the comparison of the quality to other marble shops who sell it for cheaper but it is a good place to learn and see how they do the craft.

I did go downstairs to see their main showroom. If the pieces are too big and prices are too high, ask to see the smaller showroom in the back with smaller items for souvenirs.

You can just leave after the lesson if you don’t want to get talked into buying something.

This place is a scam helped by tour guides who get a commission. Prices are extremely high, if a tour guide proposes to show you how marble is made, best to decline and find your own shop. AVOID!

Taken here by our guide on our first night in Agra telling us the shops near the Taj Mahal had fake marble so better to get it here, that was not true, the souvenir shops had the same products and 3-4 times cheaper. Luckily for us we only got a magnet so even we overpaid for it it wasn't a great loss.

The marble workers were not in on that day as they all were in a wedding, it might be true or just part of the scam... In any case, avoid!
