I have booked the entire floor for my friends Agra's visit, Place is pretty new, clean and near to Taj and also nearby many food places
Staff service is very good and they are very helpful,
My friends also enjoyed the stay,
Overall nice place to stay.

We booked two rooms last weekend for one night. The rooms were decent but there was a big problem with the washrooms.
Ours at-least had water running in shower & flush - though with very less pressure.
The other room's bathroom - had 0 ventilation, no water for flushing. It had become extremely stuffy and impossible to use.
The bathroom fittings are extremely rusted.

Very poor and 3rd class fourth category service. Despite taking high rent but nothing complimentary apart all the hygienic facility is missing.. no once answerable.... do not visit..Very worst
