Very pushy salesperson. Our tour guide led us here after visiting Agra fort. Immediately we were sat down to look at the gold thread making artist. However, the sales person kept taking away our attention from the "artist". This makes me doubt whether the artist was at work at all or just pretending? Suddenly the sales person shifted to showing us different gem stones and jewellery which are all "certified". After making it clear that we were not interested, he took us to a seperate room with scarves and other textiles, trying to convince us to buy something. After insisting that we were not interested, he finally let us go. Only good thing is that the shop has a nice interior.

Great service and treatment. I like my jewlery very much. Just a tad expensive, but you can bargain. As for the certification, it's not digital, and it makes it hard to insure. Shop owner was welcoming. The tour guide was very nice. I would have liked more detail on my receipt. Beautiful gem carpets found there, from the original artist.

My tour guide brought me there.
Their art is significant and amazing. When you see it, you will understand how much hard work they do especially sawing.
The jewels also are great even just take a look.
