Agra bus service can be a better option for those who can afford to be late.The local bus service or city buses are over flown with the crowd wothout any space for sitting.The prices charged are reasonable.But the safety point is very weak in this regard.People are running behind buses to catch them.Students hanging from the doors due to lack of buses and space.

Together with 20 university students from the Netherlands we hired a bus with driver and tour guide to drive us around in Agra. The bus was on time and took us everywhere we wanted. The bus was very well airconditioned, but had some problems with its shock breakers I think.
The tour guide was very helpful and the amount of information he gave was very appropriate. Overall, I would recommend this agency to everyone that wants to do a day tour in Agra with a big group.

Locally described as ISBT. Located in a huge area in Khandari. Entrance is horrible and encroached. I will not say it is dirty, but it is not clean. Needs improvement in maintenance. No comments on staff,vendors or shopkeepers
