There exchange policy is not as mentioned.
We bought 2 sarees and when we went next day to exchange those, the store manager(Subramaniam or whose name starts with S) refused the exchange(unopened sarees). He said that only one saree is eligible for exchange per bill and he mentioned that it will affect his job if there are too many exchanges. I don’t understand why ????u200d♀️
However when I bought they gave a different message which is they can exchange gladly with in the 7 days of purchase!
Please be careful when they share the incorrect information about exchange!
