Most of the staff left by 8PM leaving sales to security. Floor manager took 30mins to come to the ground floor, not sure where he was coming from. Poor customer relations. hope they survive.

They treat the customers like thieves. While entering checking and while leaving from that store, once again checking. Only one counter to get the clothes after paying. We had to wait more than half an hour. No respect for the customers. Worst experience.

Worst experience shopping over there. I picked a product after shopping an hour and at billing they said that product can't be sold. The staff manager was also bit rude.
