The Vegetarian version of momo comes with loaded finely chopped veggies and hints of ginger nicely wrapped in thin yet firm dough. Not to forget the spicy chilli dip along which complemented well.The art of momo is solely on how the dough is and how finely the cooked ingredients are wrapped to look like a momo/dumpling. I recommend dinein more than delivery if you like to have the fried momos as the crisp is expected to turn soft or soggy in delivery. Coming to Moburgs are something new to me which is just couple of fried momos , chilli sauce ( nice and hot ????) between fluffy burger buns . Adding crunchy lettuce & mayo could have pleased my palate.

Overall something decent enough for me nearby as I can't always drive to somajiguda for my ever favorite and Hyderabads famous Khatmandu momo's.

BY THE WAY WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN KATHMANDU STYLE MOMO VS DARJEELING STYLE MOMO ? I see no difference atleast from vegetarian version but let me know if you have any information around.
