Metro station located in the heart of the IT HUB. Here you can connect bus places to Gachibowli, kondapur, and other nearby locations. Walkable distance to IKEA store. Well maintained and very busy station. I am attaching nearby places located in IT HUB.

This metro station needs to do better on so many fronts:
1. Poor flow of movement from buying tickets to security check: It should be streamlined in one direction without people needing to move back and forth.
2. The ticket counter is behind the pillar and very easy to miss if you’re a first timer. Most people ended up going to security check first and then asked the security staff where the ticket counter is, only to realise that they walked past it earlier and now need to go back, and then go through security all over again.
3. There’s one man with a loudspeaker who keeps yelling which platform to go to. Geez! What year are we in?!
4. There’s a guard at each platform - but he/she does nothing. You need to train the staff to start enforcing the culture of queueing up at the coach-door floor markings. With all the pushing a shoving, it’s an accident waiting to happen. Take a lesson from Bangalore metro. They enforced queueing right from the start. Now, everyone automatically queues up.

The Ratnadeep supermarket inside the metro station is a nice touch.
