Kick boxing class are amazing and Master Suresh is very friendly. He took the time to ensure each of us understood the techniques, provided valuable feedback, and fostered an atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable asking questions. It’s rare to find an instructor who can not only teach but also build such a welcoming and supportive community within the class. It’s a very good place to increase my strength and to reach my fitness goals.

Master Suresh is a wonderful coach. He understands the capacity of each individual and guides them very well. He motivates everyone to push through and is a great mentor. From the first day till now i feel confident and positive- from barely able to finish full repetitions to be able to complete workouts, kickboxing course has definitely given me positive attitude. Experienced amd friendly teacher..More focus is given on basics and martial arts techniques. Also equipped with all the necessary equipments required for martial arts. Good place to start your fitness journey.
