Did not have a great experience. Booked the hotel for one night, and was given a room which had very damp and dingy smell. The same smell was in the hallways because the carpets are not properly cleaned. The worse part was, there was a rat in the room and I had to instantly ask the staff to change the room. Upon my request, they changed my room to a better and cleaner room, but disheartened this service had to be extended after such an incident. The person who helped me with changing the room was very helpful and courteous, so some extra marks for that.

The buffet had good options, and the taste was okay.

The maintenance of the hotel needs to be better, and it is not as clean as one would expect.

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Pavilion The Peerless Inn , and I must say it was one of the most disappointing experiences in recent times. From start to finish, everything went wrong, leaving me feeling utterly dissatisfied.

The service, it was abysmal at best. The staff seemed completely disinterested and lacked basic knowledge about the menu. It took an eternity to get their attention and place an order. Moreover, when the food finally arrived, it was clear that the kitchen staff had no idea what they were doing.

The food itself was a disaster. I ordered the supposed "butter naan" of the restaurant, and it was an absolute letdown. The presentation was haphazard, with sloppily arranged ingredients and a complete lack of attention to detail. The taste was equally disappointing, with bland and under-seasoned flavors.

To make matters worse, when I politely brought my concerns to the attention of the server, they responded with indifference and brushed off my complaints. They made no effort to rectify the situation or offer an apology for the dismal dining experience.

Considering the exorbitant prices charged at this establishment, one would expect at least a modicum of quality and professionalism. However, I left feeling unsatisfied. The lack of care put into every aspect of this restaurant is truly unforgivable.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against visiting Pavilion The Peerless Inn . The combination of terrible service, and subpar food make it a prime example of what a restaurant should not be. Save yourself the disappointment and find a better dining option elsewhere.

The Stay was over all good with Courteous staff Fast Check in and the overall Room ambience being satisfactory. However, in my room 405 there was a problem of the Water stagnation in the shower area which made the Tiles quite slippery and it was good fortune that I did not suffer any injury due to slipping. Further, Housekeeping was not answering the phone and we had to call Reception every time we had to get something. One minor detail which can be corrected is that the TV set top adapter has a bright Green LED on it and is directly in front of the Beds. The Green light being quite bright was quite disturbing and we had to switch off the adapter in the night.
