Swan suites is a pad, which is situated in the middle of Gachibowli. The rooms are clean and neat. Not large. The facilities are decent. The rates are reasonable and affordable.

There is a basement covered parking for your car. It's walkable distance to the hustle bustle of Gachibowli area.

They also serve breakfast which is included in your room tariff.

Had a very good stay, and a great service.
Food to rooms is available at very reasonable prices.
Every 2 days room service.
The rooms are pretty.

We called this hotel 2 days before our trip and the reception person confirmed that the rooms are available and there is no need to book from any website. He also mentioned cost is same as what the websites like booking, goibibo etc are showing.
On the day, we reached the reception and shocked to hear that the price is double than what we discussed. We would have booked online and that's our mistake.
I called on the same number nd found it was the same person on the reception who spoke to me before. He was very rude in person. Worst experience....
