Construction firm. No work ethics at all. By far one of the worst experiences I faced as a fresher. Would suggest freshers not to join. As their Hr team is incapable of giving job clarity.
I had called the ASSISTANT HR FOR MY PAYROLL AND EXPERIENCE LETTER. She inturned blocked me on whatsapp. And refuse to take the call and made someone else answer. This is by far the most unprofessional behaviour I have seen or even come across. Even children don't behave like this.
