I am from Gurgaon and i have seen youtube videos of Tirumala Jewellers of get peppy with me channel wherein i asked that youtuber that which jewellery store should i explore to buy jewellery as my spouse was planning to visit Hyderabad for his work. She recommended to visit Tirumala jewellers and i was bit skeptical as i always buy jewellery from Tanishq for the genuiness even though i visit different states and cities and i always visit and buy from Tanishq only. I thought to give it a try and I started liaising up with Ms Kavitha from Tirumala Jewellers through video call to buy Necklace and check the designs so that i can finalise something through video call. Ms Kavitha showed me multiple designs but on video call all were looking big and finally my spouse visited there showroom in late evening on 24th February and they just showed all the designs and finally the designs which they showed were not that big which were appealing as too big in video call and he bought one necklace which is in CZ stone but it looks like diamond and the service which the staff and store gave to my spouse was splendidand he feels like privileged customer as he was the last customer in the whole showroom as he reached late then also Tirumala and there staff entertained very well.
Thanks to Ms Kavitha for her patience. Looking to buy ear stud as well with that necklace however Tirumala store has ear stud with Madras screw which I can't wear due to minute piercing and they confirmed to my spouse that they can convert that screw into Bombay screw however they'll deliver it next day but he was short of time due to which I'll buy it later. In the last my spouse spoke to store owner as well at the time of billing and he was also down to earth and my spouse was impressed with all the staff and their service
I like the service given by Tirumala store.

Have been shopping here since 1997. Haven’t shopped anywhere else other than Tirumala for Jewellery. Their staff are extremely pleasant n helpful. They always keep our budget in mind while showing us ornaments. Total value for money.

Great experience shopping at Tirumala Jewelers. Have been coming here from past 12 years with my family.I would like to appreciate the staff, especially roja for her patience and knowledge about the wide range of collections they have...I always recommend my friends and relatives and I feel it as a trust worthy jewellery store with genuine quality...
