I have Joyride membership and these people are saying that Joyride membership won't work here. They are saying that they don't have have any update regarding the Joyride membership. There is a flex right next to the counter in the service centre which mentions about the Joyride membership benefits and when I pointed out and asked about it, he says it may take 15 days or one month for them to apply the Joyride membership to users at their service center...Very pathetic and false response from their side ...I will never ever give my bike for service or for repair to them and also I would not at all recommend their service to any one one... Don't ever purchase bikes or take your bikes for service to this place...

Worst ever seen seen showroom in my life .I have taken 2 vehicles from here

They're the big big cheaters

1)They sold me december month manifractured vehicle in May month when I asked them Regarding same the sales manager behaved rudly.

2) after registration they are not providing number plate which is already charged while purching vehicle after 3 month they said if we give extra money they will give number plates ..not sure how hero showroom engraving this people .even they don't have commonsense to talk customer

Very bad showroom plz dnt come here I'm struggling since I purchased bike, no one single educated no manners how to deal with Customers..
