The advance amount you paid will never be returned and you have to inform 15 days before you leave. They will increase rent and never inform you directly even though you have been staying there for months. I got to know of rent increase via a common notice pasted on a wall. They expect you to pay rent in cash every month. If you are late for dinner, there is a high chance that you won't get anything. Morning breakfast is always late than the promised time and there will be queues on some days resulting in loss of time on a busy day. Food is also not very good. Faucet and geyser are out of service on most days. Wifi sucks 100%. If you have wfh, this is never the pg you want to be in. Early morning water availability for bathing is an issue. You will have to go down and wake up aunty always if you want water in tap. Owner speaks rudely. Cleaning is okay but you have to stay with them and ask them to clean sink otherwise they may leave it. If there is a power failure they are very very very reluctant to switch on generator and you will be left without wifi connection and loss of precious working hours/meetings.

Worst hostel ever, don't dare to join this, rude landlady and food was not so hygienic and not so tasty. It doesn't cook properly, There is no power backup and poor wifi quality, for jio and airtel users there is no signal and sometimes u can't even receive the incoming calls due to poor signal range, and there is frequent water problem and the room rent is not so worthy they will say higher amount than u expected and cramped rooms.
