The service of this company is pathetic. I am a very old customer of this company and bought more than 3 lacs of products. But recently I have bought one table from this company. After the delivery I found 3 out of 4 legs of the table have been damaged. I complained to the customer care and I wrote several mails to the customer care. I spoke with the customer care executives so many times and every time they gave me false promises and not doing anything.

Finally I have decided to take my case in to the open forum. If this way will not work then I will talk with my legal friends.

Products are good but service is very very very pathetic.

That’s the reason still in our country people are not trusting online products.
