Ducati one of the most beautiful bikes in the world .Best in class and style. I had a wonderful experience in Ducati Hyderabad ????. The store is next level the way they treat to the people is awesome . They will welcome you in such way you can't even imagine it . There was one person whose name is Vaishag bmz . He knows everything about the Ducati bike but not even Ducati also harley and many more. He is very calm and simple .
The way he speaks you definitely purchase that bike or motorcycle . I got a wonderful experience in Ducati Hyderabad ???? store. If you wanna purchase something different then you need to visit it once . I hope you like it .

Located at Banjara hills road no.10. very decent showroom. Pre owned vehicles are also available. So those who can't afford new super bikes they can have an option to go for pre-owned one.

Worst customer service ever by Raja Gopal at Ducati. I gave my Diavel for annual service and when I took the bike back its rear brakes jammed mid traffic !! I could've met with an accident and hurt myself badly. Luckily I could manage to dodge incoming cars. When I called Raja Gopal from Ducati, he sent a repairman who said that he could fix the bike on the spot and asked if I wanted the bike delivered home ( 4 kms away). I thought this was a way of saying sorry, but then Raja Gopal called and said, I will have to pay for it extra. That is when I lost all respect for Ducati and its management. Instead of apologising for this dangerous mistake (which would've never happened had they checked the bike before delivery ) they had the audacity of billing me further for this inconvenience. I paid 13k change for the service. The bike ride home for the serviceman would've costed them 100 rupees max. How cheap can you be. And then after I highlighted all this to Raja Gopal...he said " You should've checked the bike before taking delivery" ???? Wasn't my ride home a deadly check ???!!! And then he said , I'm just an employee here I don't own Ducati so don't blame me.
DUCATI SHOWROOM OWNERS PLZ WAKE UP AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.
