It was the time where I was looking for a good coach who can be patient with me and understand my needs and goals and provide the needed support. That’s when I found Siva and his training group TRYSquad from then there is no turning back.
Siva clearly understands my fitness levels, goals and provides the necessary plans accordingly.
With this kind of structured plan, I didn’t had any injury and was able to achieve my targets.
I would highly recommend TRYSquad for anyone who looking to either start their running journey or take it to next level.
PS: I got an extended family in the form of TRYSquad whom I meet more often and encourage each other.

Siva and the TRYSquad team have transformed me from someone who struggled to complete a 10k, to an ultra marathoner.
I love the training plans from Siva.It is a good mix of Yoga , Strength training ,run workouts and long runs.
I also found the coach very resourceful. He has helped me get out from injuries, nutrition , running gear suggestions and race suggestions based on our current fitness.
The most important thing I like about training with TRYSQUAD is the amazing community that he has built around it.The people here motivate each other to give their best efforts regardless of being a beginner or a seasoned runner.

I highly recommend coach Siva and TRYSquad to anyone who wants to improve their fitness and wellbeing in a holistic and sustainable way.

I have been part of the TRYSquad from day one at Botanical Garden. I had trained with couple of other fitness groups earlier however have found TRY group to be the best ever. Everyone training with Coach Siva gets personalized guidance, attention and customized training plan based on the individual goals. There is so much of variety in his strength sessions that you never get bored of doing them. His commitment and dedication as a coach is commendable. At TRYSquad we are more like a family and celebrate every occasion with runs followed by cake/food. I highly recommend TRYSquad to anyone who is looking to start his/her fitness journey in the most effective and fun way.
