Rejoined this gym after almost 3 years and amazingly it is maintained as good as it was 3 years ago! Courteous staff, professional trainers, diligent support staff who are very strict about hygiene and they clean and sanitise the machines immediately after usage by any member. Highly recommended and world class equipment from "Being Strong" brand. 100% value for money and health as the calm and patient trainers ensure that we complete our regimen with a lot of motivation!

General Trainer has been awesome to me . Their training are exceptional,the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experience.
