Worst care taken in the hospital just want to loot the money even if the patient is in ICU.
On my friend got fever & headache they told us to do more tests & Scanning and they are trying to loot money.
Take your near and dear ones to Apolo or other place but don't suggest this hospital. In the name of having a bunch of doctors just looting money without even showing humanity.

Hi I'm Swapna Pt can from Gidavarikhani for Treatment at Nikhil Hospital At Srinagarcolony Hyderabad here Treatment is very good and Doctor Nikhil Sir and Doctor Nishat Sir was given very good treatment for me and the staff and management was also very good ????

I am reviewing only my experience near the billing section but not the treatment. (Not taking names)

Worst experience ever near the billing section.
I'm not sure how these people come up with the reasons and want us to trust them and pay to get treated here. They do not have a proper billing and refund process. No proper trained staff to handle customers.

I had taken my sister on Saturday night due to stomach pain. The doctor treated well but suggested ultrasound, and the same was billed. But the technician left as his shift was over.
So we asked for a refund, as my sister is traveling to hometown and will not be in Hyderabad to get the scaning done. Staff in the billing section mentioned they did not have access to a refund, and they had to take approval from their MD or Doctor to give the refund and have asked us to come next day (Sunday).
On sunday, we called the staff before visiting the hospital, and the response was that there was no doctor/MD available to check and take approval for the refund.
This went till Tuesday, so these people were not able to refund and asked us to get any other know person and get the ultrasound done as it was already billed. This particular response was crazy, they want us to get any other person and get the scanning done without any requirement for the scan as it was billed ????. After a long argument, they have finally refunded the amount to avoid the scene at the reception.
