I stayed in this PG for quite sometime . I prefer not to Opt for this PG as rent gets hiked whenever they want, Owner is arrogant and doesn't care about the tenants

There is no power back up , which causes a lot of issues when you are in a meeting or important call , same was intimated to owner he didn't care about it even after the multiple complaints and you are lucky if your mobile network/data works here.

Food is average and if you come late there wont be any food. They say kitchen is open for everyone and they literally yell back at you when you try to cook.

3 Sharing rooms -9500
2 sharing rooms- 12000

Management's attitude was despicable. They were unresponsive and indifferent to any concerns or complaints raised by the residents.
It was like talking to a brick wall, and nothing ever got resolved. They were more interested in collecting rent than providing a pleasant environment.

In conclusion, this PG is a worst in every sense of the word. Save yourself the misery and find a better place to stay. 1 star is too generous for this godforsaken PG.

I have been through many hostels / pgs since 2012...Finally, this is one of the BEST place I have found.....the cost is also reasonable especially for the standards they maintain....it's not just about the quality of services they provide, their attitude towards the guest is welcoming.

REGARDING FOOD QUALITY: Clearly...they have a professional team. Apart from routine qualitative food (daily chapathis) Boiled eggs weekly, n Biryani rice on weekends and one can even have Liver fry, as a special item among non-veg items. Staff here behave like stingy ...while serving nonveg they are very much hesitant...and calculate pieces as one measures the gold..but while you see them eating later after 10pm..half.of their plates are filled.with nonveg

MINI GYM FACILITY: Actually I opted this gym bcuz it has a Gym facility, but it is always ok for beginners, and obviously one can workout here n stay fit.

WASHING MACHINES: They provide Front load (Bosch) washing machines, a decent wash.

ROOM CLEANING: Room cleaning is done on a daily basis, but the cleaning is suboptimal, but can be improved.

Nighttime, the pg canteen take a new look turning up into a Restaurant with special lights (pics Attached).

Stayed here for about 1 year in 2022, now referring a friend. Was a BEST pg ever. It stands out from other PGs as it offers a Mini gym too. Have been through many other pgs in different areas like Ameerpet, kphb, Kondapur, Panjagutta, those all were for just short periods less than 6 months n few were just 3 months. Stayed about 2 years at Isthara Coliving, because of low grade food quality I had to move in here.

Here, the Food quality was good. In Other PGs room cleaning will be done weekly twice. Here you can see a daily room cleaning, but the worker here named Basanth just tries to escape cleaning whenever possible. But if reported, you can get a prompt n quick response from owner.

Park just in front of PG is another great option. As almost everyone are working with IT companies and their lives are sedentary.....obviously one will come out of rooms and walk in park.

Overall, its a good one, highly recommended.
