All are pretty good except for the staff. They Ask for extra pay if we book online. If we asked for refund our amount we will book somewhere else he says you haven't payed me you have payed to website. And doesn't provide refund. However with no other choice we have payed the extra amount to stay there. Helpline also doesn't work in this case.

Irresponsible, Unresponsive, Arrogant, Reckless Staff. We have booked the flat for five days. But the behaviour of the staff made us to vacate in a day.
It’s worth to give a NEGATIVE rating. Don’t know how the management is dealing with such negligent staff.
