Rooms are okay but service and location is good for families with kids. Kids play area is present but restricted still can go for play area.

Don't book these kind of apartment. They will give you one room in flat and other rooms to other person in same flat. May be to bechlors and may be they will do over night party with drinks and music in the hall of flat and there are no rules.
I did not sleep today's complete night because of this reason.

Service is very poor but coming to room a service apartment , its good and nicely maintained.The place is really decent, society is really nice. Everything is very approachable whether it be transportation, groceries, market etc.Would definitely recommend people to try it out!!
