I visited this store today. Firstly I waited for long time for medicines to come to my hand. I bought little costly medicines. I went with a trust that they are genuine in billing. They billed me everything on exact MRP which is on the tablets boxes. Every medical store provides the discounted prices. I paid Rs.2941.00 to them & when I checked the same medicines in Apollo, The total price had come to me for Rs.2221.00. This was really frustrating. I don't suggest anyone to this shop.

I have visited to the Medical hall one of their staff asked to wait so that he will check and update me on availability on medicine,so i have waited for 30 mins later i thought i should ask him for any update on my medical receipt,he even D'not know where receipt is lying after searching for 10 mins he saying medicine me they don't have that tablet with them.
I have wasted my 40 mins on Worst medical Hall.
And even they counter staff was very annoying while speaking with customers.

I was buying medicines for the past 6-7 years.
To day I wanted to speek to the Superviser regarding delivery problem. BUT THE LADY WHO ANSWERS WHATSAPP CALL, kept me waiting for 2 hour's and did not transfer the call. The staf have become arrogant
