Very satisfactory store experience, we requested them for a couple of repairs on a pair we bought less than a year back. Top notch service with the repair. They clean up the lenses each time and didn’t charge anything for all these services

Always same experience. Careless staff. They will be just standing or talking to each other. Even when they are absolutely free, they don't bother to help even if a customer asks.

Today when I asked them about a specific glass, one of the staff member said go and check for yourself.

I asked if all the glasses are same, he said no, but I have to search it seems.

Check your CC Camera recording if any around 10 PM yesterday and observe if your salesmen were actively helping or just casually standing with out any care about customers.
